IT audit and managing the award-winning magazine, Auditoria. Armed with a Master of Commerce in Digital Transformation from UNSW Sydney, I'm currently wearing multiple hats—ambassador at IIA Indonesia's Young Leader Community, mentor at ISACA Global, Head of Public Relations at MoF-Cybersecurity Community, and trainer at IIA Indonesia. THE JOURNEY OF MY UNDERGRADUATE THESIS (PART 1)

Alhamdulillah. Finally I finished my study safely (lol). The tough journey to obtain the “Bachelor of Economics” title has finally come to an end. So, I’ll share you the story behind my undergraduate thesis and what I learnt from it. I write this with no intention to show off my thesis or something similar to that. I just want to share the emotions, feelings, and encouragement for everyone who is writing a thesis or will write a thesis someday.

Jadi, tahapan-tahapan yang saya lalui ketika menulis skripsi antara lain:

BE PATIENT

(I don’t usually share a very personal story but this time I feel like making this story spoken out. It’s just… my heart scattered into pieces. Oh Allah, pardon me for being downhearted. I know You know what's inside my heart even the things I don't know. I'm ashamed for my constant complaint though.)

Sedari kecil, hal-hal dalam hidup saya sepertinya terlambat. Penundaan seolah menjadi kawan baik saja dari hari ke hari. Saya terlambat dalam banyak hal mulai dari mengerti tentang dandan (sampai awal masa kuliah pun saya belum paham konsep untuk terlihat menarik.) sampai terlambat mendapatkan hal-hal yang penting bagi kehidupan.

“Ya Allah, jauhkan aku dari cinta yang tidak mendekatkanku pada-Mu.” Kau bertutur tenang seolah telah begitu kerap melafalkannya.

Pagi itu terasa demikian hening di telinga. Hatiku sesak sekalipun pikiran tengah tersenyum. Aku seharusnya senang bukan sebab tak perlu melihatmu mencuri pandang pada seseorang atau bergerak mendekatinya? Aku semestinya berbahagia kau menceritakan rindu melalui doa, bukan melalui senyum malu-malu ketika berhadapan dengan seseorang yang dimaksud. Tetapi entah mengapa aku tak putus bertanya-tanya.
